Weekend Face: Brown lids, “Don’t Blink Pink” Lips (Wet n Wild Mega Last Lip Color)

Got a bunch of Wet n Wild lipsticks from Nonpareilboutique and one of the first I tried was Don’t Blink Pink, which is a bright fuchsia pink which is deep enough not to look day-glo on your face, and with just a hint of coral to it so it’s not too Barbie either.

Those of you who are afraid of very blue-based pinks can give this a try as it’s so affordable. Pigmentation is great and it lasted extremely well through the day. The only minus is that this is a traditional matte texture; meaning it is quite dry and it will drag across your lips a little bit, unlike some of the newer matte textures from MAC etc which don’t.

Still, the newer matte textures aren’t quite as opaque and don’t last quite as well, so if you care about the performance more than the feel, then definitely check these out!

(Wet n Wild may not be available in some countries except from online stores such as Nonpareilboutique.com and Beautyjoint.com - which I am a little hesitant to recommend for international customers now because I discovered they’ve jacked up the shipping price a LOT from the last time I bought from them. Do check both sites and compare shipping charges to your country before you buy.)
